You can fix it. Take the broken tube off, using an adjustable wrench. Take the tube to your nearest hardware, so you can have the right replacement size.Using the old broken tube as sample, you can copy it with the tube you just bought from the hardware. Don't forget to place the fittings to the tube
before having the tube ends flared. Then, you can install the replacement to your compressor. Please send your comments and vote so I will know.

Supply tub to tank

That is really not a hard part to find. You should be able to remove the broken one and take the whole tube into a hardware store and they can replace it for you. It should be a copper tubing with flare nuts on the ends. If not please post the model number of the compressor

there is a check valve on the compressor! it connects to the tank. if it is hissing all the time it wont allow the compressor to turn over due to the back pressure from the tank... Compressor will run, but only builds to 20 lb pressure. Line to tank gets hot.

Very hot air is an indication of leaking /broken head gasket or reed valve. Before you remove any parts, with compressor running, check all fittings for leaks with soapy water. If no leaks, remove head and examine parts. If reed valve is broken replace as needed or do creative repair. Some valve plates have multiple reeds and only one reed is broken. Depending on your skill level, you can thread the hole and seal with piece of bolt (finished repair must not be any thicker than the plate). Good luck

The manifold which holds the Air Hoses and control valve and gauge is broken and I need a new one ,dont know the part number

We repair lots of compressors with broken manifolds. Most compressors now use a manifold with a built in pressure regulator. We are not able to find exact matches so we use a manifold from porter cable or make one out of pipe fittings. If your compressor was made in china, most likely the thread and tubing sizes are almost impossible to match. To use porter cable parts, go to dewalt service center or to porter cable dealer and find close match then use that model number for ordering your part. Check closely that parts/thread/fittings will work.

My compressor builds to 125 psi then shuts off like it should then when the pressure is released the compressor wont start back up. Sometimes it will attempt to start and it sounds like the motor is...

When a compressor reaches set pressure, there should be a release of air from discharge hose thru the unloader. This release of air unloads the compressor head pressure. The unloader is usually located within the pressure switch. Easy to check. Follow discharge hose from compressor head to tank. There should be a brass/steel checkvalve at the tank. The checkvalve allows air to enter tank, however not allow air to be released back into discharge hose. If this valve is leaking, air will be released from the unloader constantly. Follow 1/4" tubing from checkvalve to unloader and listen for leaks. Repair as needed. If air is not leaking from checkvalve then check unloader mechanism with-in pressure switch. My compressor runs but is not filling the tank. Sears wants more to repair it that it will cost to replace.

Take the exhaust tube from the compressor and run it for a moment or two with your finger over the exhaust port--it should try to blow your finger away. If no pressure, remove the cylinder head from the compressor and inspect the valves in the head assembly. Reeds or discs, if any are cracked or broken, replace same from: Seardpartsdirect.com Make sure the valve seats are in good condition--if not, you may need to replace the cylinder head from the same source. Make sure the piston(s) move up and down when turning the compressor pulley. Inspect the piston top(s) and cylinder wall(s) for excess wear or other damage. The only other problem would be a hissing leak from some tank component. Hope this helps!

Mastercraft 2.0 hp air compressor will not build up over 25 psi

sounds like a bad or broken valves in the head. crankcase needs a vent which is sometimes a small hole drilled into the oil fill plug and will normally blow some air out the vent while it runs
