For this problem, first, try to reprogram the phone on the sony ericsson website if the problem still persist bring the phone to a tech then just ask them to clean the board of the phone for the buttons. The worst case here is that the Flex/Ribbon is already broken

There are 4 possible ways to try and clear the battery timer alarm.
1. Press and hold the fault reset button for 3-5 seconds.
2. Press and hold the fault reset and security key simultaneously for 3-5 seconds.
3. Press and hold the fault and alarm silence buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds.
4. Cycle logic power
If this does not work you have to have the factory clear it. This is their way of making extra money.
