If it is a flexible hose, then I would suggest that you replace it.

yes your problem is up the line somewhere. you have to have water coming out of the fill line when the washing machine is unhooked.
you will have to locate the valve to turn on the water.

Samsung WF218AN washing machine is leaking from the soap dispenser

Simple sugestion, try cutting back the water in flow rate from the taps, If this works, unscrew the hose from the tap and fit a stainless washer with a small hole in the inside, on top of the wire mesh water filter on the inlet pipe to restrict the flow. Hope it helps.

before you check that try this,, where the hoses connect to the back of the washer, check the fittings there, On many machines those are plastic connections, and they tend to crack where the male connection is molded to the back of this piece this is what they look like and break very easily if the machine is bouncing around to close to a wall

Hot Water pipe is not connected. Cold water is ...

The best way to stop your situation is to connect the hot hose to the hot tap. A hardware store should have a female cap you can screw onto the back of the machine, or get a male plug, same thread as a tap and plug the end of the hot hose. Elevating the end of the hot hose may help..It's normal for water to flow out the hose as you've described...Good luck...Nomess

Leaking from what looks to be the water inlet connection...however we have changed the hose, including putting a sealant around where it connects, but it still leaks.

it could be that the nut on the pipe connection tap is leaking and not your pipe fitting try tighting the nut just a small amout do not over tighten as you will crush the copper pipe and it will leak more

Hotpoint Aquarius WF100

Firstly, there should be only one hose, always connected to the cold supply.
The unit will heat the water to the setting you choose for the wash (40 - 60 - etc)

Secondly, if the unit is leaking water, try turning down the cold pressure, this will slow the supply pressure to the unit and prevent spray out from the detergent drawer.

Your supply tap should have an isloting tap on it, adjust this until it sullpies water at an acceptable rate.
Do this by feeding the hose into a bucket/basin and tweak it until it pours out - not sprays out.
This should alleviate any leaks around the machine.

Hope this helps.
