It needs to work through "MusicMatch". Your GoGear should have come with the CD to install the software. You must install the MusicMatch software. Once loaded, you may need to go to their website to see if you have the most current drivers and updates for things to work properly. Read all instructions about how this player works. It does not work in the same way that iPods do. You have to use the wheel differently.
