Question about B&K AVR-307 Receiver

Open Question

My AVR-307 front panel just says "PLEASE WAIT".

My AVR-307 abruptly started making loud noises accentuated by gunshot-sounding rat-a-tat. Turned off and back on via sleep button, then no sound at all. Powered down using the main power button, waited a few minutes and powered back on. Now the front panel just says "Please Wait".

Making a loud buzzing noise coming from the receiver AVR307 not through the speakers??

Either some shielding baffles are loose and are vibrating or the transformer itself is generating too much sound . This happens when the power extracted thru it exceeds its capacity - there's a fault/short somewhere in the electronics. You will gonna have to open it and check for the fault.

110cc pit bike; The kick start kicker used to

Hello - i don't know whether you have sorted this or not, but ill help you anyway. Well.. First of all to get to the kickstart mechanism, you need to drain the oil. Get an oil tub, or a metal jug, or anything along those lines and place it underneath the engine..
Underneath the engine there is a big bolt which should have a red rubber washer, well.. undo that. The oil will drain out of it, tilt the bike left and right to make sure it's all out.
Now you undo the bolts, holding the clutch cover on, this will reveal the clutch. In the middle of the clutch there is a ring with teeth on it, bend them out and the clutch will just pull off, also there is a circlip so be careful and dont lose it. Now it's time to take the whole engine casing off, just undo all of the bolts, and keep them in order because some are different sizes. There is a large gasket so make sure you dont rip it!
There it is. The spring mechanism, if you want to go further, you will have to take the cylinder off to split the engine to get to the gear box.

Won't start

What rat tat tat? If you mean the clicking sound, that means that the battery connection is probably corroded or the cable is bad. Clean it up with a tool. Any auto parts store ... about $3. If it is a whine, the starter is bad. If there is a solid click and no turnover, it might be the solenoid relay...but I doubt it. How to get an idea: turn on the headlights and hit the key...if the lights dim significantly, your battery might be bad. If not, check for corrosion or that solenoid. Find out why that light is on!

Loud clattering noise

-Open the Front Cover. -Remove the Toner Cartridge -Remove the Drum Cartridge -Next locate the black gear attached to the end of the Drum and turn it with your fingers. -Check to see if the gear is locked, or difficult to turn. The gear will only turn in one direction. -If the gear won't turn at all, or if it catches while you are turning it, or if you hear the same noise when you turn the gear that you heard when the machine was on, the Drum Cartridge is the cause and will need to be replaced.
