Nancy go to linfoxdomain and look up the firmware for your card, it sounds like you have not put the fimware on your card properly, or you have not got the right firmware, just download the firmware from the site and put each file on one by one, see if that works, if not send the card back and get a new one.

Error message on mfc-8890dw unable to print 6A

Hello Robert! Welcome to FixYa!

Unable to Print 6A error in Brother Printer is an error of Fuse Failure. It is due to problem of Fuse Assembly. This error is usually solved by the following procedure:-

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down MENU button on front panel and turn on power while continuing to hold.
3. Release button after 5 seconds (after the Please Wait message)
4. If error still occurs:
5. Press 91
6. If error still occurs:
7. Press 99

If above procedure doesn't work then sometimes it solve by given procedure:-

1) Unplug the printer power cord.
2) Hold down the menu key while plugging in machine at same time.
3) Enter 99 while holding down menu key
4) After menu says " wait" push the stop/exit button to get out of the maintenance mode.

If that does not work too, it means that the fuse assembly must be replaced. If your printer is still in warranty then claim the warranty. If it is out of warranty then you have to contact authorized service center of Brother Printers to replace the Fuse Assembly.

I hope this solution helps you and you have clear picture in your mind now
Let me know if you have any confusion in your mind.

My nintendo has got a problem for a few months now. when turn on the power button, it has given an error messagge "an error has occurred. press and hold the power button to turn the system off....

If the following error message appeared in your DSi or DSI XL: "An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off...", It means that your Nintendo has been updated (by the Internet) to the version 1.4.2 (or 1.4.3) or you bought it updated. In this case your DSi XL or DSi doesn't work with any flashcard in the market.

If you don't have an updated flashcard, the solution requieres both "updating the kernel of your flashcard" and also "patching it". I hope it helps you.

Ref: DSI Bought 3DS communicator and now I'm receiving this error message " An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSI Operations...

Simple fix... stop pirating and buy the games.
The message ''An error has occurred'' is a typical message which many users have encountered on their DSi, DSi XL, 3DS and Wii. It happens when either a blocked modchip or flashcart is detected by the console.

DSi does not play any of the DS game cards

If you are using an R4 card or similar, this is not compatible with the DSi. You will need to use an R4i or R4Ultra, see here http://www.r4ultra.com/
