Faulty Daniela oven

Hi, I have similar problem to Tanya. the fan assisted oven on my Daniela doesn't work. Convential oven and grill work OK so guessing it is the lower heating element. Also rang the number on oven and it is wrong, feel sorry for that person. How do I find someone who can service it as it is not common, or do you know if it is a common brand under a different label? Thanks

Hello the main oven is not working but grill and hobs is ok??

If it is a fan assisted oven, and the fan is working o/k, then it is probably the oven element that is faulty.
This is usually located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

My zanussi FM9232 fan assisted oven is not heating up, the fan is working

Your oven will not work until the clock/timer has been re-set after replacing an oven element or tripping the electrical supply. Consult your Zanussi manual.
If you're Oven is not getting hot or heating up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the oven is running and the thermostat light is on, this will lead us to believe that the element has gone faulty. With grills the thermostat light should come on there should be heat, if not then this could be the grill element or the thermostat.
When you turn the oven on, the household electrical supply trips on the Rcd (this is the earth trip in the fuse board sometimes called the breaker tripping) your fan oven element has gone to earth and needs replacing.

Neff faulty Fan

Hi.
I would not think that both fan and element are faulty, although it is possible.
if it has a timer make sure that it is on manual and not on auto, as this would stop the oven working.
Other possible fault is faulty main oven selector switch.
Hope this helps. Please do not for get feedback .
Thanks.
