I downloaded adobe flash player, but when i

1. unisntall the existing flash player with following link: http://karthik.realslimshady.googlepages.com/uninstall_flash_player.exe.
2. put the computer in clean boot ( disable start ups and 3 rd party services(except microsoft) by getting in to start - run - msconfig.when you disable services at the bottom put a check mark in hide all microsoft services, so microsoft services will not be disabled)
3. then install flash player again
