Question about Acomdata 1TB Puredrive USB Esata 1 TB Hard Drive
Acomdata 1TB locked will not let me read or delete red light is on when it should be a blue light. how can I fix this. help
I have the same exact drive (I'm assuming as it's the same make/size since I don't have a model number) and what you need to do is turn the drive off and let it cool down. The drive is not well vented and it tends to over heat. I would get in the habit of turning the drive off whenever you're not using it because of this problem.
