Completely uninstall Firefox.
Reboot your computer.
Try with Internet Explorer.
DON'T install any addon
IF this doesn't work, make sure you have sufficient RAM.

in this case you can check the addon installed on explorer
in order to do this go into tools - manage addons - enable or disable and disable all not verified addons from there.
