My oven is beeping with F5 and the bake element is

My oven is beeping with F5 and the bake element is not staying on and the broil element is coming on. I have turned of the breaker and it still is happening. Not sure if it is something wrong that I can fix or I need a service call.

F5 on a GE is a loss of relay drive circut.
replace the oven control (also called clock or ERC).
