Error E511 is due to ur photoconductor.. the black transfer belt is out of position... it can be corrected if you know how to open up the photoconductor unit...

Epson Aculaser C1100 error code C0084. How is this code cleared.

Hi
The issue cause due to temporary "data error" that is easy to resolve. :-

A corrupted or interrupted print job, or:
A data or interface cable that is not connected correctly.

So, follow these steps:-

Disconnect the printer from the data source
Does the printer pass its ROM, RAM and Self Test checks?
Test the printer standalone by printing a Status Sheet
Cancel all pending print jobs on the network or computer
Reseat and reconnect the data cable at both ends
Test the printer

Not much I can say for you I can only tell you what the error is but how to fix it I not know I try to look it up for you but every thing about this printer is in french,

Service Req E542: failure to clean the transfer unit

I CLEANED TRO SENSOR BUT STILL HAVE 511 ERROR ON EPSON C1100

I HAVE E511 PROBLEM ON THE C1100

The "Service Req E511" error message means that part of the photoconductor unit called the transfer belt is not being detected. The E511 error for your Epson Aculaser in most cases means that its motor has malfunctioned or something is preventing the motor from working properly.

Hi there

This suggests a fuser error. This is the hot unit at the rear top of the machine.

Steps are as follows:-

1. Open COVER FUSER.
2. Draw out the COVER RH boss from the hole on COVER FUSER while pushing
COVER RH outward, and remove COVER FUSER.

After removal check coninuity across heater lamp amd thermistor terminals. If either shows anyhing more than 13 Ohms then you need to replace your fuser unit.

Anything more than that requires hands on technical expertise.
