Jenn-Air electric oven hum

I have a gas-electric grill-range with convection (svd48600). My oven was working yesterday, but today it is not heating at all (the display shows that it is preheating). I hear a slight humming noise. I've tried both the broiler and the regular oven; neither element heats. All lights and panel options still seem to be working.
