my 2.8 toucscreen mp4 player freezes during turn on showing welcome screen.Reset turns it off.What can i do for this & how can you help me please

if you can still see and detect it with your pc there may be a newer firmware update to fix this issue try and find the firmware and flashing utility from the manufacturer and see if that helps
