Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
I have windows xp and laptop is not able to boot. it shows me option to start in safe more, nomal etc but nothing works .it tries to start and then i get blue screen for a split second same old screen when it gives me option to start in differnt mode..
i tried hitting f12 and did diagnostic test..it came back fine..nothing is wrong with the hardware
my guess is it is out of space. how can i delete stuff now..
Have you done a Disk Cleanup?
This will remove old compressed and temporary files and free up diskspace.
If you have never done this before, it will take a long time to complete (it depends up on the size of the hard disk as well).
Click on My Computer then right click on the C drive and click on Properties then Disk Cleanup. Tick all the boxes to recover the maximum amount of disk space and click OK and YES to perform these actions.
Do not cancel, let it run till it has completed, you may elect to do this when you are not using your omputer.
Disk Cleanup and Defrag should be done once a month to keep the computer running efficiently.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
