Question about GE 3.2 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Super Capacity Washer - Bisque-on-Bisque
I'm sorry to say it sounds like the motor has gone bad. This is an expensive fix. About $150.00 for the motor, if the unit is over 6 years old the motor might have to be bought from a specialty store, costing more. This does not include labor. Better option is to check craigslist, they really good deals on there. One other option is to try this. Take all the clothes out of the washer and run your washer from the start mode. Run it through the cycles and see if it drains. Don't worry it wont over flow. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
