Question about Casio EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z60 Digital Camera
Hi my camera was dropped on the floor last night and the outer part of the lens wont retract please help!
My camera had the opposite problem. The lens would not extract. I'm pretty sure I dropped too. My warranty had run out so I didn't have the option to take it back. All I did was give it a small bump on its side and it started working again.

I did the same thing to my camera (twice) and I just took it back to the place where I got it. Since it was within the 6 month return period- they let me exchange it for no charge.
They told me that when the camera hits something while the lens is out, it knocks the lens out of its groove, which is why you can't get it to retract.
