How to change direction of pitching arm on machine?

Have you contacted Iron Mike yet. Most small a/c motors only go in one direction. Need more info. Was it was working correctly, then changed? Or did you buy it used this way? If the machine is NOT turned off in the correct position, then restarted quickly, it will run backwards and jam up the chain. You may need a new motor. email me if needed, Steve Manookian Pitching machine repair, Los Angeles area, stevemanook@gmail.com

Can not pick up thread from spool

First check to insure that machine is threaded properly, and thread is not binding. Next check to make sure that needle is in machine properly (facing correct direction and fully seated) If you are still having problem check the bobbin case ( does bobbin turn correct direction when thread is pulled?) You will have to refer to your owner's manual to verify this as not all machines are identical (but usually the correct direction is clockwise) If still having problems you may have a problem with timing of the machine (usually after a bad fabric jam) If this is the case you will either need a service manual or need to take the machine to a qualified technician.

My washing machin suddenly stop while I was doing laundry when it gt fill with water

After water filled, the machine will enter agitation mode. It stopped since the mechanism to engage the agitation to one direction of motor turning is not engaged. It is a helix nut to lock in the direction of motor turning (motor has 2 direction : one is for agitating and the other is for spinning). It is worn out and needed replacement.

When machine quilting sews fine when moving forward, skips stitches when moving away

Check your needle. Make sure it is not blunt, try a Size 90 Topstitch needle or Embroidery needle. If you are using a thread thicker than regular piecing weight, you need a needle with a larger eye and a larger scrarf - the hollowed out bit at the back of the needle. Also don't sew too fast nor change direction too sharply. If you need to do a sharp turn, let the machine "mark time" once at the turn before moving off in the new direction.

Juki MO-2516N motor runs in reverse

This machine as an AC motor which only runs in one direction no matter how the leads are attached.
Why do you need to reverse the motor direction?
