Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
On opening my phone to my surprise neither screen is working. keypad lights ok and the sounds ok just no display at all. can you advise please. Ive tried leaving the battery out for 24hrs but to no avail, derek
It sounds like the flex cable connecting the screens to the other phone guts has either come loose or broken. This is pretty common on RAZRs. You can either open it up and try to fix the loose cable, or drop it off at a shop for a quick, cheap repair.

Open phone then with camera lens facing you squeeze area between camera
lens and vol up/down buttons. This reseats the ribbon cable located under
the cover. It becomes loose with all the opening and closing of the phone.
