first check these led properly if ok then check the resistance near led if ok then apply a jumoer from display led to keypad ld

problem the solved.What makes the screen of a phone white is when the screen of the phone is damaged or the flex of the phone has cut.

The flex of the phone is attached to the keypad of the phone. They are joint together.

The flex of the phone can get weak due to opening and closing the phone all the time.It might be the flex is weak and it needs to be replaced.

If when replaced and still no display, then it's definitely going to be the screen of the phone that will need to be replaced.

Would advice to prevent more damage on the phone, you can give it to a mobile repairer to check it for you if you can not.

press "menu/OK".
Select Settings > Display > Keypad Light
Select slide open , 30 seconds , 15 seconds , 8 seconds or off.

i think after all that you should replaced the mainboard

hi there sir must go to your nearest service center to replace your LCD it must be damage already. the light of that phone was built-in to the LCD display. and that is why also your keypad doesn't have light cuz' it is series to the display light.

Are you getting sounds from the dial pad? It should default to momentary lighting, but it can be adjusted for longer time. It sounds faulty, did you purchase a refurb?

Open phone then with camera lens facing you squeeze area between camera

lens and vol up/down buttons.  This reseats the ribbon cable located under

the cover.  It becomes loose with all the opening and closing of the phone. 

usually the default lock code is the last four of your phone number. try using that, then hit either ok, or send.
