Question about Dell 3100cn Laser Printer
Check your print cartridge and your fusing element. you will need to dead cycle the printer to check the cartridge (print a document, when it is half way through turn off the printer, check the toner cartridge for your dots.) are you able to see your fusing element by opening the rear door? check the edges for dots on the fusing element. also there is a transfer roller or belt in your printer, that may also be dirty.
