Unplug everything but the 12v power/remote power and ground. turn on and see if it triggers the safety. if it does you have a short in the amp. if it turns on and stays on, plug one cable in at a time to see whats making it trip.

Dishwasher heating element won't turn off

Hello niki4god - I recommend resetting the dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. In this case, your unit may possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the control board or a potential wiring failure.

FURNACE WON'T TURN ON: I have a 1999 Fleetwood, Prowler RV. The furnace won't turn on.

Check the exhaust port of the furnace. Wasps like to build nests in there and it will not allow the furnace to ignite if blocked. You have a gas detector and it is turned on I assume? I forgot this many times.

Cybex lcx 425t won't turn on

Check under the front hood shroud and look for breaker reset on motor controller. Also check to make sure it is all plugged in in all connections of the power supply as they are known to shake loose after some time.

Intermatic T104 timer manual switch stuck

To remove timer from enclosure, there is thumb spring located top inside box. Push up on spring, hold onto timer dial, tip outward and lift upward.
Disconnect power before removing mechanism.
Override lever should snap back and forth crisply, and turn pump ON-OFF.
If override lever is not turning pump ON-OFF, then check that you have 240Volts across terminals 1 and 3. Check that timer dial is rotating and keeping good time.
Then move override lever to ON position and check if you have 240Volt across terminals 2 and 4. These terminals are Hot when pump is supposed to be ON.
Reset circuit breaker, may be tripped off on one leg, listen for crackling sound of loose breaker, use nose to smell for burning, tighten wires on breaker, move wires to another same-size circuit breaker.
Copy following links for troubleshoot resources:

If timer is not functioning, then buy clock motor and trippers.
OR. You can buy the T104M mechanism-only, and snap into existing enclosure.
OR. It may be cheaper: Buy the whole T104 and snap out of new enclosure and install mechanism into existing enclosure.

Furnace keeps tripping the breaker changed breaker and wires all good up to the furnace still keeps tripping when i try to turn power on. nothing happened to the furnace and the wires were tested up to the...

Disconnect the black power wire where it is connected to the furnace with breaker off. Put a wire nut on it and then turn the breaker on. If it continues to trip, the problem is not the furnace and you will have to trace the power wire back to the breaker box to find problem. Next, disconnect the black wire from the breaker (with breaker off) and then snap breaker on. If it trips, bad breaker. If the furnace was disconnected and breaker did not trip, you have a short either on the P C Board or the transformer.

15 amp breaker will not reset with all load off.

They are sensitive little ****, I know they won't work on a florescent fixture, no lights should be on it anyway, but just in case, and the slightest thing wrong, one wire off, one ground undone, it will snap off. And they do go bad, so don't tear the house down to find the trouble when the breaker might be bad. Hook the wire into an existing 15 amp breaker and see if it snaps that off. Then you will know it is not the breaker but something in the wall. Check it out.
