Why does my microphone stops working?

It probably has something to do with the most recent automatic software update. You might try turning the volume down and then back up while the feature is in use. For example, when I make or receive a call, I touch the Speakerphone icon and then immediately turn the volume down one level and then back up. The speaker/microphone works normally then. It will be better when Motorola issues a new software update that fixes the problem, but, as workarounds go, it's not too terribly difficult to do.

No incoming voice heard during telephone conversation!

I am checking possible solutions for you, meanwhile can you please test in speakerphone mode. So we can conclude whether its Function or Hardware related issue.
Thank you in advance

Everything is working fine except the ear piece

The other post refers to the process that allows you to use speaker only, instead of automatically selecting earpiece. Unfortunately, this will not resolve your issue, as it appears that your earpiece has a loose connection and must be repaired, or you can continue to use speakerphone, bluetooth (if capable), or wired headset.

When making or receiving calls, i can only hear with "speakerphone", not through regular earpiece

These phones can only do one set of speakers at a time. If you want to hear through the regular earpiece take it off speakerphone.

Bad reception (vibrating sound) for incoming calls

yes it is repairable, you just need to take it to a mobile repair store and have them service the phone as well as replace the microphone.

No one can hear me when i am calling from my phone. I can hear the people i am calling but not the other way around.

Can they hear you when you are on speakerphone?

If so, then it sounds like the flex cable connecting the microphone to the rest of the phone's guts has come loose or broken. The speakerphone microphone is a separate part from the receiver, and plugs into a different location, so often when the normal mic doesn't work, the speakerphone works fine.

The first thing I would do is try resetting the phone through the settings menu. Backup your data first, as this reset will wipe the phone's data. If the problem remains, you can either open it up and try to fix the cable yourself, or drop it off at a shop for a quick, cheap repair.
