Either remove the batteries from the keyboard and the mouse, and unplug the receiver from your computer, and leave them all unplugged for about an hour.

otherwise, you might wind up literally taking the keyboard apart and cleaning it, which isnt recommended unless you really know what youre doing.

otherwise, you simply will wind up buying a new setup there.

HOW DO i TAKE THE EEE PC KEYS FROM NUMBERS TO LETTERS?

Most likely the Number Lock is on (this is a small format keyboard and the 10 key number pad is sharing space with the letters). If this is the keyboard on the EEE, try pressing FN+Num LK. See http://support.asus.com if you need to check other keyboard issues like reinstalling the ACPI driver.

If the keyboard is one you added, you still need to find the NumLock key. Check the Logitech site if the above subject area is correct. (Just in case you need to use a Function key to force the lock to go off.)

I hope this helps.

Cindy Wells
(Look for the NumLock key to the right of the function keys or near other keys like Pause/Break)
