Hi thereI have had same problem for past 2 days, BT yahoo won't let me log in to access e mails, won't accept my memorable info to reinstate or change pass word.Have checked everything and it still won't work, it's driving me crazy.Did have about 120 e mails from Mail demon saying an e mail had not been sent and deleted them all, this happened after that, is it a virus ? Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.
If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.
Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.
They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.
The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.

Just try to log in ...if it failed then u can see "forgot ur password?".....click there nd step by step u can change ur old password.....nd ur mail account will work again..
