In restoring your system back to factory defaults, you will need to use the CD's/DVD's that came with your system.
Note: Please include the following information every time you request for support for your System:
1. Brand and model number of your system (Acer, Dell, HP, IBM, Mac etc)
2. Operating System (XP, Vista, Linux, MacOS, etc.)
3. Any recent changes made (installations, updates, upgrades, etc.)
4. Any error messages?
