Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook

I wanted to email a document straight from microsoft word so I went in and set up a mail profile (I think that is what you call it). I obviously set it up because I pressed send to email and it was attached. However when I went to send the document, a message popped up and said that it could not find the object. What should I do?

My mail comes back saying my e-mail addresses have a profile the Internet community may consider spam. I think my e-mail addresses have been kdinapped to do phishing. How do I fix this?


First of all, log in to your email, and change your password, so that no one can use your account anymore. Make sure you choose a secure password.
You should also run a virus scan on your computer. You can try Microsoft Security Essentials.
Do ALL your emails get rejected, or only those to certain people? Which email provider do you use - Gmail? Yahoo? etc.
You may want to create a new email address, and tell everyone you know to start using it. You can set up your old email address to forward to your new one, so you'll still get those emails, until everyone catches on and starts using the new address.

Outlook is not retrieving my bellsouth emails


hello in this case you need to create a new profile
by going on control panel - mail - show profiles- add
and when you click on next it will prompt you like you wanna connect with microsoft exchange or internet service select internet and follow the instruction
you were al set after that

I think your using outlook Express...... then the mails will be in the defult location document and setting > you Profile( ur loginname) folder >local setting > application data > microsoft > Express folder check there

if you r using Ms Outlook then ........ you will find allyour mails in this location for sure document and setting > you Profile( ur loginname) folder >local setting > application data > microsoft > Ms outlook

I am unable to delete items from e-mail or send e-mail,receive ok


you will find scanpst file in following location
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12

Double click on that fine > Browse to
C:\Documents and Settings\Computer User name \Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Make sure you close outloook when you run a scan

Easy reply would be to make sure you have an email application installed on your computer such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. That will have to be setup first, and might require some information from you internet service provider. Many people think that if they have a personal email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail, that this will communicate with the scanner. The scanner program installed on your computer wants to transmit your scanned documents to an email program that is also installed on your computer. Otherwise, scan the document to your hard drive, and then attach it to a yahoo/hotmail email manually. Hope this helps clear things up.

Sending a Word document to MS Outlook


Hi,
It is a bug with the mail contacts. If you were to send to someone not on your contact list, I expect it would send okay. But seeing as you want to send to that particular person, save the document and send it as an attachment via Hotmail or whatever email account you have.

you're victim of some kind of mailware that restrict administrative rights it is certainly the cause of your email problem too.
Download DIALAFIX
run it and go to policies, then scan, normally a line should appear, select remove, reboot, retry.
it should then allow you to access and perhaps your mail problems will be solved already..

Outlook express


Ok, so you imported your mail to outlook. Then you didn't like the program, so you exported the mail out of outlook. I am assuming you used outlooks export feature, found under the file menu on the top. When you hit export you get the option to name the export file, choose where you want it saved, and choose what type of export file you want to make. Outlook can export a file into many different file types that many different e-mail clients can use. That being said, if you are using the web based comcast e-mail there isn't a way for you to import e-mail into it. Depending on how you set up the outlook account it may have been storing a copy of all the mail it downloaded in both outlook and on the web site based e-mail. As I said, this is entirely based on the settings you selected, if you told it to delete the mail from the server when outlook retrieved it then you're out of luck there. Website based (POP) e-mail accounts are limited in functionality, but tend to be designed for the basic end user in mind. So you're going to lack a lot of the features an actual program like outlook would give you. Peter

E-Mailing documents from Microsoft Works 8.0 word processor


First of all I take it you have an email account set up on the new PC and internet connection. Make sure the email program is set to be your default email. Take a look at Control Panel Default Programs Set Your Default Programs Highlight your email program on the left and click set as default Retry sending a document as a email.
