I am directing a small movie. i recorded it on panasonic video camera. when i played back the tape a couple of time earlier it ran ok. now when i am trying to transfer it to my comp i see the whole footage has black horizontal lines running through it. i have shot my entire film on this tape. is there anyway i can salvage it?
Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Same problem! Using a Sony PDX-2000. I think it has something to do with the cleaning cassette...Whiile filming an icon came on that said "Cleaning Cassette." Did that happen to you?
