Question about Refrigerators
Defrost Thermostats sensor faulty and need replacing. This limiter refrigerator thermostat cuts out when the temperature inside your refrigerator reaches fifty-five degrees Fahrenheit and kicks back in when the internal temperature drops to thirty degrees Fahrenheit, In another words the unit work like a switch, when the sensor sense and reach the temperature setting it cut compressor on and off. When the thermostate sensor unit become faulty, it cant sense or detect the correct temparature by sending the wrong temperature to the control unit even-though the temperature guages read correctly, which your control unit think the temperature is hot or warm and keep the compressor running, it will keep running until the sensor tell it so. I hope that make sense to you. good luck.
