Question about Sony KP-57WS500 57" Rear Projection Television
I have a Sony wide screen (rear projection) and blue is starting to bleed thru all the other colors. I called a repair man and he told me it was the tube. He went further and told me the tube may not be completely sealed and a dust particle may have gotten into it. He said there is a process/piece of equipment he can do at his shop to reseal the tube (take about 4-6 hours). It this true? Should I just buy a new set, or find a new repairman?
You can remove front speaker cover, then remove screws from board, you will see 6 controls,3 are focas(all in a row)3 are screen controls.sets are for red green and blue, blue should be to the rite, turn blue controls until picture gets better.they are labeled screen and focas
