The sreen keeps skipping

Try the 'System' or 'P/N' key on remote to switch video modes.
These units also have poor power supplies. If your handy with
PCB repair check the capacitors. Be sure to replace any 10v caps with 16v (same uF rating) as they are probably for the 12v bus and 10v caps will soon fail.

After loading every disc displayes "wrong disc'

are they bootleg dvd's? if not try getting a lense cleaner because wrong disc means it's reading your dvd's as .mov files which only play on quicktime in a computer. if it reads your cleaner as wrong disk too then get yourself a refund cuz it has a motherboard malfunction.

Doesn't do anything now

The CyberHome CH 300 is a good, inexpensive DVD player with a power supply board prone to fail, because of a few weak components, especially if left turned on and not used.
Usually, if the power supply fails, the red light will not illuminate when plugged in, and of course not turn green when turned on.

If you have this specific problem, I can repair the power supply for $20.00. Contact me at to arrange shipping and return of the repaired board.
