Buttons dont work, light are on.

3 days ago my CDA 9835 quit working. the reset button doesn't even change anything. i've tried taking it on and off, doesnt change anything. there is not sound, the lights and display are on. When i turn the car on and off sometimes it will automatically tilt itself. i was able to insert a CD when it was tilted, and it thinks it is playing, but it's not. It keeps counting and changing songs. any ideas? i love this deck and don't want to have to buy a new one....
