I. “To “Enable” the Pointer Device using the Touch-Pad, go to, Control Panel, click (“Mouse”) in the “Hardware and Sound” category; go to, “Device Settings” in the (Devices) block.
II. “Highlight”; the item you want to (enable) this being the “Pointer Device.” Click the (Enable) button, just below. Be sure to (Click) on the “Apply” button, and click OK.”
III. You may need to “Update Drivers?” Click on “Hardware, click “Properties,” click, on Driver.” If the, Update Driver (block) is not “Grayed-out” click “Update Driver”, click (OK), this will ensure that the application take effect.
Attention! “Manually” Install Driver; select “update driver” select (“Browse my computer for driver software”), click on it to open, and select (“ Let me pick from a list…”), in the Model: “highlight “ the correct device, click on the “next button.” Follow the instructions.” Note: “Restarting the computer will configure system changes in the computer applications to prevent errors and to finalize the (Installing / Uninstalling) of programs, and or (Enabling / Disabling) of Hardware.”

Hi
You can do this by removing the main battery from your laptop
and disconnect the main power and try to access the BIOS battery and
disconnect it and leave it for 15 Mins. and later you will be asked to
enter the new date etc., this way you the PC will return all the
settings to default,
