Picturestuff is refusing to work

Check and see if the school website had a memory size limit for their pictures. Your picture may be too large. Or it could be the wrong file format. Find out what those two things are (from your schools web site), open your picture on your computer, goto file, click on Save as...., and then save it to the setting the school requires (don't forget to use a different save name on your picture or else you will lose the orignal, and then upload the new picture.
