You still have the trojan. Tha's why they are called trojans, because they hide and re-appear.
Try at least five different scanners. But ultimately, you may have to re-install Windows.

You may still have a virus.
See if you can get to an antivirus software page such as trendmicro, norton, or mcafee and use their online scanning tools to check the computer again.
