Was the camera dropped??

If it wasnt dropped try changing the batteries.

1. If the camera is on, turn it off.

New or old. They could still be faulty. Try the following: 1. Clean the battery contacts. a. Whenever I turn camera on it immediately turns off.Battery new and fully charged.

Emprex DSC5100Z camera doesnt turn on.


Here are the steps:

1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged

battery/batteries into your camera.

2. Clean the battery contacts.
