My printer is only printing half the picture, what

To resolve this condition: Remove the power cable from the printer. Remove the paper tray from the printer. Remove the paper from the paper tray. Verify that the paper you're using has KODAK XTRALIFE Paper Insert the paper tray into the printer. Open the color cartridge door, then remove the color cartridge. If the color cartridge ribbon is torn or damaged, replace it with a new cartridge. Install the color cartridge, and verify that it is fully engaged. Close the color cartridge door.
