It sounds like a failed solenoid. I need more information, Model number, serial number, and date code. What function does it "Freeze up" in?

You have to change this manifold gauge set.because it's sound like low side valve is damage.

Cannot locate valve to add 134a refrigerant in a 2000 lincoln navigator

What your looking for is called a service port. On a 134a system there are two of them, located in the refrigerant lines. One port will be larger diameter than the other. The large one is the "high" side and the small one is the "low" side. refrigerent is added to the low side with the system running. You really should use a manifold gauge set to see what the pressures are before adding any refrigerant. If the system has too much, it is as bad as not enough.

Hi, my robinair 34700Z dispays "Low Pressure system" when I try to recover and when I continue by pressing start, it displays "equalizing hose" and doesn't continue on the recovery...

You can try the following:1# Check (In main manifold assy.) recovery solenoid (No-1) and make sure coil is not burne or may need to rebuild. If so,replace new coil or rebuild solenoid flunger.2# Check (In small manifold back side of the machine) Inlet low & high side solenoids (small solenoid's No-10/11, and No-13/14) is receiveng power & opening properly.
Also you may need to calibrate pressure transducer or replace new one.
Hope this will help you. Good luck!

Is there a universal gauge set for all types refrigerant

The most common manifold are only for r-12 and R134A. Because of the pressure differences between that and R22 and R-410A ( and the manufactors make more money by keeping the types of manifolds seperate). I haven't seen a universal manifold that would cover all types freon.

The high pressure unit is disabled in my Robinair Cooltech 34700z wat could be the problem?

This is a common problrm of Robinair 34700Z / 347002k & 347112k series don't worry just do the following :- 1# Verify the ISV tank is not overfilled.if full, remove refrigerant manually from tank. 2# Verify if there is high pressure in the tank.Purge excess air from the tank manually.( Open air purge hose from the tank, then press tank valve as needed) 3#Check the high pressure switch for proper operation,if not then replace high pressure switch.Hope this will solve your problem, if so please vot for it

My 34700Z is not discharge low side existing pressure, wen i select vaccum the low side hose have pressure and stop to make vaccum

Please Check the following 1# Check ISV tank may overfill,if so manually discharge extra pressure from the tank.2#Check High & Low side small recover solenoid (in small manifole assy.) it's may neet to rebuild.3# Check Recover/Vacuum/charging (in main manifold assy.)solenoid, rebuild if need.4# Check ISV tank liquid hose is connected properly & make sure it's not too much tight OR loss.5# Check high side coupler is opening properly.Hope this will help you to solve the problem.

Please check the following: Low side manifold gauge is going to -13"HG while you recover refrigerant from the vehicle. If low side gauge not rich to that lavel then vacuum sensor will detect pressuer &
it will stop you to make vacuum until you fix the problem. If it happen you may nee to rebuild/replace one or more of this solenoid.1#Vacuum solenoid 2# Recover solenoid.3# Recycle solenoid. Also check Low/High side small solenoids ( In the small block assy.)
If all of this solenoids working properly then check Vacuum pump capacitor & vacuum sensor.Hope this will help you to solve your problem.
