Describe your th-50phd6 flickering Problem

- I have had very poor luck with monster cables. I make my own out of RG59 90% braided copper sheilding. The way to check the cable is to put an ohm meter on the center conductor on both sides and wiggle the ends around (one at a time). Then do the same thing with the outside conductor. typically what happens with Monster cables is the soilder breaks, or the wire brakes at the soilder joints. Give that a try, or Try a different cable.

when it flicker's does who whole image flicker? or just one color. With component video the green is the black and white picture, the red and blue are the cover overlays. So the reason why I ask is the likelihood of all three cables failing is slim. If the picture cust out, try using a regular patch cord to the green to see if that resolves the issue, If it's the color that keeps cutting out, then try the same thing on the blue or red input(s)
