I am sure they must have sent you an email regarding the transaction. If you have deleted the email then go to your trashbox and locate it there, unless you deleted it permanently. Alternatively, refuse to pay and they will come up with the transaction details. Then accept to pay.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

79 pounds taken from my Mastercard on 23 apr prime080=04962454. What is it?

This looks like you ordered something from AMAZON. If you are not careful when you order, you get enrolled in AMAZON prime and you get billed for PRIME membership whether you order something or not.

How do i change credit card for kindle payment?

Log in to your Amazon.com account and under "Your Account" click on "Manage Your Content and Devices." The right-hand column at the top is labeled "Settings"--click on that, and then under Kindle Payment Settings you'll see your current card listed, such as "MasterCard ending in *1234" Click next to it, on Edit Payment Method, and enter your new card's details.

Consumers complaintI chose to do one transaction buying one lot of jewels, google kept my card details and did a further 15 tranactions without my knowledge or approval. equalling 100s of dollars gone

Contact your card provider & tell them there has been ***** committed on you bank card off hundreds of dollars, they will then investigate the company/person who has misused your card & recall the payments & cancel the card & cancel all transactions that you didn't approve, they can then issue you a new card & pin....

I hope this helps.....

My battery is losing a percentage of its charging capability every two days. like it wont charge over a certain percentage. today it reaches 65% and wont charge anymore

It sounds like the battery might be faulty. And you may need to get a replacement. Check out your local batteries plus store. www.batteriesplus.com.

Also something to check into is the laptop manufacturer may have a recall on the battery pack for your laptop. Over the past 5 or so years there's been a lot of recalls on them. Virtually all manufacturers were affected. If your laptop battery is part of the recall, you may be entitled to a free replacement. It's worth a shot.

Good Luck,
Mark
