I have a british Master Craft Pudding Steamer (2L) and have lost the instructions and recipe leaflet - can you help? Cheryll

Apparently Mastercraft pudding steamers are notorious (on the internet, anyway) for not having instructions. This might help, though: video as well as instructions on how to steam a pudding, from the British goodfood website http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/technique/how-steam-pudding

Just close the lid normally but put the pudding on the trivet not directly on the base of the pan.

Make a scratch cake. Betty Crocker has a recipe for a yellow cake.

Well, as a bachelor I have inherited cookers without a manual and found a wealth of knowledge from googling recipes! What would you like to cook? 

RICE Bowl: appliance part with N O holes in the bottom ! ! ! ! Put your rice (1 cup and water 1 2/3 water in to this part). In addition, fill bottom steamer with water to the MAX level.
