Question about Samsung NV3 Digital Camera
One of the solder joint (contacts) inside the camera was probably defective and is not making contact anymore, therefore the camera is not starting.
Check camera warranty status. If warranty is OK, then contact Samsung and have the camera repaired.
If warranty is expired, contact Samsung and complain, telling them that you did not do any inappropriate use of the camera, and that this must be a factory defect. Usually they offer repair at discounted price or replacement.
Before sending the camera remove the memory card, and recover picture using a card reader.
