The vibration is not working on my samsung tocco lite

This problem has something to do with the program or software. The program is not working correctly, that is why it cannot send a command for the vibrate to work.

You need to contact the manufacturer, and have them upgrade the firmware.

Good luck!

How do i get my samsung tocco lite to vibrate when all the vibation settings are on?

You will have to replace the motor. It is just a small DC motor with an eccentric weight causing the vibration when it spins. They do fail sometimes and I believe that you have adjusted your settings properly for vibrate mode. If replacing the motor does not work then there is an issue with the firmware or motor drive circuit. You can check the operation of the motor by hooking it up to a 1.5 V cell. Polarity is not an issue. It should spin. If it does not then we are pretty sure that replace it will solve this problem. Go to to get disassembly instructions for your phone. You will need a soldering iron and may need a T6 Torx screwdriver available at Sears for about $4.00. Best of luck with your repair. Please rate me if you find this helpful. Go to "settings"

"Phone Profiles"

For each profile, you can set the Call Alert Vibration level and save it.

Hope that helps.
