The defrost drain tube is plugged. Move the refrig out from the wall and remove the tube which goes from the center middle of the back to the bottom part of the refrig. Clean out the tube and check the part that goes into the refrig. That part usually comes off with a quarter turn or so, then pull.

My profile ge fridge leaks water and the water pools at the bottom of the fridge. What is the cause please. Thankyou!

There could be overflow at the deffrosting tray and the excess water is flowing out of the collection tank.
You can get access to the tank which is at the rear bottom . Open the sliding cabin to take the drain tank to be emptied.
Sometimes heavy frosting in the coil can result in this build up and cause the over flow.
You must take a look at the source of flow to finalise.
Please comment.

Freezer is cold and collecting frost, refrig isn't cooling.

you may have to remove the floor of the freezer. At times they fill with water and freeze. and you cannot see the layer of ice under there. This ice can form in the channel that allows the cold air into the fridge. another suggestion would be to put the fridge on the lowest setting then raise it up about 3-4 hours apart. hope this helps. Good luck.

sounds to me that your drain line in the back of the refrigerator is clogged up. Take a wire and around 2 gallons of hot water and clear it real good.

Water build up in bottom of refridge

there is a blockage in the drain from the fridge. I am assuming that it is a conventional fridge with ice on back wall. half way down on the back wall, there is a sloping gulley with a drain in the middle. push something flexible down the drain to clear
