How can i replace a fuse because the broadband guy accidentally plugged it in the 220 outlet ?

All you have to do i, Call to Belkin Support Number Inform the Technical agent that none of lights are not working They will do some troubleshooting steps but if the fuse is gone then it will not work and you cannont replace just the fuse
Belkin is having life time warranty and dont mention that it happen because it plugged in 220 outlet. They will be replacing with same model and if its not in market now then they will replace it with the better one.

Replacing a fuse in belkin router

There is no fuse. It's toast. I'd contact Belkin, don't tell them of course what she did. Most of their products have lifetime warranties. They'll probably have you mail it in and once they receive it will replace it.
