Well my lg envy keeps going on and off by its self, sometime even while im using the phone. but last night it did it and now i can get it to come back on. so is there a number i can call or can anybody help me with this problem without me having to buy a new phone???

hi there, last night, my 50 lg decided to stop working, im getting a fuzzy picture, no audio and everytime i use remote to turn on tv it keeps doing the same thing?
go to your provider website and see if there is a software update. install updates and see if it acts better. it may have some bugs that there are fixes for.
there is a small very delicate ribbon cable that connects the screen to the circuit board that has probally broken. it is a common problem on phones that flip like yours does.
Although today's electrinics are nicer to look at than things were 5 years ago, they're also more fragile. You must treat things like egg shells if you want them to last. I've had the same cell phone for 4 years, mi wife has been through 7.
