I have a mac computer and an aiptek camera When trying to install the cd that came with the camera it reads unrecognizable file

Hi,

The CD probably only has Windows drivers with it. You will need to source Mac drivers for the camera if they are available.

If you post the model number of the camera i'll try and source the correct drivers for it.

Regards.

Got a mac osx version 10.3.9 & samsung NV3 sortware won't work

Hi Andy
Why bother? You're using a Mac, use the Macs own software.
Just plug the camera in to the computer and watch what happens.

Re intalation of logitec 5.0.1 webcam on my xp

Can you read the CD whne open it up in My Computer

If you can see files on the CD when opening

There should be a setup area for the software.

Also if you have Windows XP restore your system back to before you installed the webcam using SYSTEM RESTORE in performance and maintenance in the control panle, CATEGORY view
