Normally repairing circuit boards to remote controls will be very difficult. Even though you get it repaired, the repairing cost might exceed the price of a new one.
http://www.humaxdigital.com/global/support/rcucodelist.asp this website has a few lists you can look at to try to find the code you need to use your remote.
I had exactly the same problem with my Humax remote RM-F01 , I just changed the batteries and it was fine after that..I think because you use one remote for all and batteries are only AAA's, they dont last as long, get some duracells.
What are you trying to control with the remote? Try pressing the button on the remote that corresponds to the device you are trying to control first, and then try the remote again. I hope this helps, and good luck!

Under the channel setup menu there should be a way to change the input type of the channel. When you go to edit a channel look for this setting. If all your channels are grainy this is probably the solution also.
The stand is held on by four screws. Lay the tv face down on a flat surface. Cover the surface with a blanket first. Use a regular phillips screw driver. (If you have a users manual see page 7) The screws are the set just above the stand on the back of the set. The stand will then slide out.
Had the same problem with my panasonic - it would appear that none of the codes will actually turn the TV off because they need a longer signal to turn off. I eventually found that code 0650 works for mine - input the code as instructed in the manual and then selected OK - holding down the standby button on the humax controller then turns the TV off. Try all the codes and see which gives most control functions. Hope this helps.
