This is your computer emmory related issue.
RAm emory or harddisk.
If you have desk top rewfix RAM memory then boot your computer with winxp recovery or bootable disk.
For that when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key for enter in bios then go to boot optiojn and set frist boot device as your cd or dvd rom then save and exit from bios.
Then put that disk in rom then it boot with it.
Then follow the procedure then enter in recovery console mode then type in prompt "chkdsk /r"
then press "y" then it fix error on harddisk.
Then check then if stillsame issue then choose repair option and repair your os.
let me know if you need more assistanse.
Thanks.

That blue screen error is normally a bad driver. Windows could have updated a device in your pc and it just not work. Go into safe mode and roll the pc back to a date before the blue screen.

Beginning dump of physical memory

This could be pretty complex. The ATAPI.SYS file controls the Hard Drive and CD-Rom Drive. I would recommend reading this MS TechNet article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822051/ The article says that it's not uncommon for the problem to be caused by faulty memory or by problems in the mass storage controller subsystem, which makes sense since atapi.sys (a mass storage controller system file) is noted.
If you have multiple memory cards in the machine, it might not be a bad idea to take one out and try again. If the fails, keep swapping out memory cards until we either solve the problem, or elimite that as a cause.

Dell Dimension 4600 Blue Screen

Usually this blue screen appears due a hardware issue or drivers conflict.

1) Try to boot in safe mode (hit F8 after starting up) and select "Safe mode"

If you don't get access try doing this:

2) Run the OS CD and use the option Recover Console (R)
This will fix the problem.

3) If the problem continues, you will need to install the OS again.
