Question about Panasonic Workio DP-3030 Printer
Hello, these machines needs to be connected to your network and correctly configured in order to scan. Once that is done you need to install a program called Panasonic Communications Utility which can be downloaded from www.panasonic.net. When the program is installed on your pc a blue tray will appear on your taskbar next to the time. Click on the tray and enter a name for the panasonic machine to identify you. Now go to the DP-3030 and press SCAN, scroll down with the arrow key until you see your name, set the document you want to scan and press START. A popup display should appear on your pc notifying you of the scan. If your name does not show switch the DP-3030 off and back on again and wait a minute or 2 for the machine to find your name.

You must have "PCU" or "Panasonic Communication Utility" installed on your system along with "Windows Firewall Setting Tool". You can get PCU from http://panasonic.net/pcc/support/mfp/common/pcu/agreement.html.
