Question about NetGear RangeMax NEXT WNR834B Wireless Router
Please check if the power supply is connected properly to the router. Perform the steps below to reset the router:
At the back of the router you will find a small tiny hole (which has a small button inside it). Press the button with the help of a paper clip. and hold it down for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, please release the button and power off the device for 5 seconds.
Check if the router powers up. If the issue persists then please get the router replaced from your reseller, as it seems to be a hardware failure.
